The breakfast buffet was excellent 👌. Delicious food. The rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful , they answer any question that is asked . They are always smiling the elevators are secure . It always feels safe when you are there . The surrounding is beautiful. Rainbow towers is so unique one of the most beautiful hotels in the world .I left my credit card in the bar one of the staff munashe picked up and gave it to me the next day . I asked what I could do for him he said nothing. I was so proud of him . Honesty is a key factor at rainbow towers.

I received an upgrade to a suite without asking. Both check in was quick and very efficient. everyone very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool staff were happy to delay cleaning 30 minutes so that I could finish swim training. Good elevator security.

It's too public for political people most of whom are not ethical to holidaymakers and have a carefree attitude on facility usage.

The rooms were recently renovated. The staff were very polite and welcoming after the duty manager held discussions with them all.

I did not have the breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis. Some of the staff were helpful.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful . The food is tasty, and plentiful. Cleaners not in my way. I am a pescatarian and I found lots of food to eat in buffets usually when I travel that is difficult to find food which I enjoy eating

The amenities and facilities were clean, well appointed, and stylish, quite a nice ambience. The check-in was fast and efficient. Even when payment was delayed by my overseas bank, the hotel allowed the guests to stay without hustle. I considered this as a hallmark of professionalism and dignity, worthy of a 5-star brand. The breakfast was worth the extra we paid, it was bountiful, with excellent variety, and cooked well, the star of the show with the younger travelers.
