The amenities and facilities were clean, well appointed, and stylish, quite a nice ambience. The check-in was fast and efficient. Even when payment was delayed by my overseas bank, the hotel allowed the guests to stay without hustle. I considered this as a hallmark of professionalism and dignity, worthy of a 5-star brand. The breakfast was worth the extra we paid, it was bountiful, with excellent variety, and cooked well, the star of the show with the younger travelers.

The location is great. It is also very quiet. I liked the beautiful garden. Nice spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Excellent service from the security lady that went out of her way to assist us load our luggage.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful . The food is tasty, and plentiful. Cleaners not in my way. I am a pescatarian and I found lots of food to eat in buffets usually when I travel that is difficult to find food which I enjoy eating
